[+444] Seeing Seo Hyun Jin-nim's backside silhouette makes me think the scriptwriter has been planning another season in the works... We really need to keep it going, especially with Seo Hyun Jin

[+186] It's true that the viewer ratings are lower than they used to be but if we're able to get the Doldamgers of seasons 1-3 combined, then the viewer ratings have a chance of going back up. I'm sure the director had plans of a fourth season by their decision to include Yoon Seo Jung as a special appearance. 

[+109] Why I think we need a fourth season: Kim Sa Boo says that he has a new dream, and when Soo ssaem asks what it is, he says it wouldn't be fun to spoiler it. Since we don't know what that dream is, I'm thinking it's going to be a successful 'rough stone' system that can keep going without Kim Sa Boo. Currently, Kim Sa Boo is still around, and the team is still unable without his lead. In order to change that, Yoon Seo Jung is brought in as head of Doldam hospital along with Kang Dong Joo in the trauma center to create a new system that can exist without Kim Sa Boo. That will be the achievement of his dream. In order to achieve that, we're going to need a fourth season.

[+12] To all of the people complaining about the viewer ratings, I'd like to ask you to go look at the Nielsen's weekly ratings. It's very rare for a drama to hit 10% these days. So many households don't have TVs at all, and many start watching new series on Netflix and other platforms. I bet you that the majority of the people you ask "where do you watch your dramas?" are going to name an OTT platform.

[+6] If season 4 is going to be about Yoon Seo Jung, Kang Dong Joo, Cha Eun Jae, and Seo Woo Jin getting together as four, it'd be interesting to watch, but I'll be honest... season 3 was so boring and confusing, though I will admit that I didn't catch all the episodes as they came out. Season 4 might be better if the OG members all get back together.
